Wha lao... when can i stop being so blur. TSK!
i didn't get the special sem mod on the first round of ballot and decided to apply again on second round. Thought today was second round. But just found out it was yesterday. SHIT.
So now can only appeal. But chances are low cos i think prioity given to NS pple. SIgh....
