being envious is not going to help me.

pushing myself to limits is not going to do any good other than being tired out.

jealousy is unbecoming.

selfdoubt is only useful to a certain extent before it demoralizes me.

segment my thoughts. space out my work. concentrate in intervals.

only then can i complete what i'm to do. what i want to do.
